The chocolate cooling tunnel is made of stainless steel AISI 304. It meets all the EU requirements for safety and hygiene. The basic model has a length of 6.3m and the width of the belt is 30cm (or 24cm). In certain occasions, if needed, the length can varry between 4m and 12m.
- Belt’s speed adjustment -through inverter- for speeds from 0.5 up to 2 m/min in continuous or intermittent operation for doubling the staying time of the product in the chamber.
